For non-custom orders, we offer a 30 day return policy if you're unhappy with any aspect of your purchase. For custom orders, we have a strict no return/refund policy.
How quickly do items ship out?
DUE TO COVID, WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKES ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE LEFT THE IVY DESIGNS LAB.
Please allow 5-7 days processing before shipment for non-custom orders. You will be notified immediately once your order ships, but if there are any delays you will also be informed immediately.
For custom orders, please allow 7-9 processing time before items are shipped out. You will updated with a tracking number and when your item/s have been shipped.
How should I care for my Ivy Designs Co. apparel?
We want your fashion to last! The best way to extend the life of your apparel is to follow the following care instructions:
-Do not dry clean.
-Do not bleach.
-Wash inside out with cold water.
-Use a mild detergent.
-Dry on Low settings or Hang-Dry (Preferred).
-DO NOT DIRECTLY IRON THE DESIGNS ON YOUR APPAREL!
